Chicken & Cheese Pinwheels Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 large wholemeal or white wraps (or gluten-free if needed)

• 100g cooked shredded chicken (leftover roast chicken works perfectly)

• 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

• 1 tbsp cream cheese or hummus (optional, for extra creaminess)

• A handful of baby spinach leaves (optional for added greens)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line a tray with baking paper.

2. Spread cream cheese or hummus over the wraps.

3. Sprinkle chicken, cheese, and baby spinach evenly.

4. Roll each wrap tightly into a log.

5. Slice into 2cm pinwheels and place flat on the tray.

6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
