30-Day Return Policy
At Bento Bliss, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help with our 30-day return policy.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Ā
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youāll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Ā
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please send an email to info@bentobliss.com.au with the subject line "Return Request".
- In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item(s) you wish to return
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond with further instructions within 2-3 business days.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a store credit will be provided to you. We do not offer refunds or replacements.Ā
We will provide a store credit for the returned items with a 15% restocking fee.Ā
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wear and tear or improper use/care is not considered a fault. While we take pride in offering high-quality products at BentoBliss, no product is indestructible especially when used by little hands. General wear and tear over time is expected. To ensure your childās new goodies last as long as possible, we recommend showing them how to use and care for their items properly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. We may be able to make changes to your order if it has not already been dispatched, please contact our team as soon as possible and we can advise on the status of your order.Ā

Returned to Sender (RTS) Policy
At BentoBliss, we strive to ensure all orders are delivered smoothly and on time. In certain circumstances, parcels may be returned to us by the courier. Please review the policy below regarding Returned to Sender (RTS) orders.
When a Parcel Is Returned to Sender
A parcel may be returned to sender for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
- Failure to collect the parcel from the post office or courier pickup point
- Refusal of delivery
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
Once the parcel is returned to BentoBliss, the following options apply.
Re-Delivery of Returned Parcels
If you would like your order to be re-shipped after it has been returned to us:
Additional shipping charges will apply, based on the original shipping method and destination.Ā
Re-delivery will only be processed once the additional shipping fee has been paid.
Refunds for Returned Parcels
If you choose not to have the order re-delivered and request a refund:
A $10.99 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The refund will be processed once the returned parcel has been received and inspected.

BentoBliss is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect address details or failure to collect parcels.
We recommend carefully checking your delivery details at checkout and monitoring tracking notifications to avoid RTS charges.
