1. How do I clean my lunchboxes?
Step 1. Remove the silicone seal by pulling gently on the tab.

Step2. Handwash using warm soapy water and clean every compartment. Allow to air dry completely before reassembling.

Step 3. Your b.box lunchboxes can be put in the dishwasher. See guidelines below on washing recommendations:

- Lunchbox, max 60(degrees C)

- Mini lunchbox, top rack

- Snackbox, top rack

To preserve the print on our licensed products, we recommend hand washing over putting them in the dishwasher.

2. How do I know the silicone seal in my lunchbox is in correct position?
Align the seal and push the stretch circle feature through to the front side, making sure it sits flush with the lid.

On the inside of the lid, push down on the seal edges until they sit firmly in place.

3. Can I put my products with print in the dishwasher?
To preserve the print quality and vibrancy, we recommend hand washing the bases of bottles or the lids of lunchboxes by hand. Other parts without print can be washed in the dishwasher as per relevant cleaning instructions for each product.
