1. What's grade of stainless steel? Are they lead free?
b.box insulated drink bottles are made from food grade 304 stainless steel in stainless steel products.
All b.box products are tested by a global independent testing body to international standards. Test reports confirm that are no traces of BPA, Phthalates, PVC, lead or heavy metals detected in our products.
2. My b.box insulated drink bottle is leaking - what should I do?
To confirm, b.box insulated drink bottle is only leak proof when the flip lid is shut.
This straw will leak from the small pressure hole and straw when the lid is left open, and the bottle is tipped on an angle/upside down. If it seems to be leaking when the flip lid is shut, try to close the lid slowly so you can see if the groove inside the lid is matching up with the straw. This is the part that presses on the straw ensuring it does not leak with the lid closed.
Also, it is best to ensure all parts are inserted correctly; by removing both the mouthpiece & straw from the lid and reinserting it to make sure the mouthpiece is pulled through all way until you hear that 'click'.
3. Can b.box drink bottles go in dishwasher?
Most b.box products are dishwasher safe - top rack only. Please check for specific products on the product page.
4. Can I put b.box products with print in the diswasher?
To preserve the print quality and vibrancy, we recommend hand washing the bases of bottles or the lids of lunchboxes by hand. Other parts without print can be washed in the dishwasher as per relevant cleaning instructions for each product.
